TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL REDORED MOBILE CARE BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO REDORED MOBILE CARE IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM, OR A REASONABLE MINIMUM AMOUNT WHERE APPLICABLE LAW REQUIRES.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RedOred Mobile Care and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your breach of these Terms or your use of the service.
Termination
